Mezzaluna Aspen opened in 1987. It transferred to the present owners in 1993, and they opened Mezzaluna Willits opened in May 2017. All along, our philosophy has been to take care of our customers and staff the best as we can. We have always wanted the relationship to be long term.
We aim to provide the best service possible - friendly, efficient and thorough. We also aim to provide a top class dining experience with an upbeat, energetic atmosphere. Our food philosophy is simple: house-made wherever possible. We roast and smoke our own tomatoes, garlic and vegetables for our sauces. Stocks simmer for forty-eight hours. Pizza dough and dressings are all made fresh daily. We bake our own bread and make the desserts. We want you to notice what difference house-made represent.
